Academie says: “Do companies in the United Kingdom take care of their employees as well as they take care of their customers?”

Based on the Service Culture Barometer, this study is a tool created by Academie du Service to bring its expertise in order to help its clients to better understand their challenges in terms of service culture, service perception and employee and customer satisfaction.

This national study is aimed to measure customer and employee satisfaction, compare service perception in 9 industries and evaluate British’ opinion as service providers.

Key point: the 9 industries that have been studied are: e-business, food service industry, specialised retail, insurance, telecoms/internet, transport/logistics/postal, large retailers, car industry and bank industry.
